Simon Kinberg Shares Some New Details On Star Wars Rebels

In a new interview with Collider, Star Wars Rebels Executive Producer and writer Simon Kinberg shared some new details about the series, including how many episodes will be in the first season, as well as hinting at a character from the original trilogy appearing on the show. Below is the video of the interview he did with Collider:

So now we know that season 1 of Star Wars Rebels will contain 16 episodes, and not the 22 episode seasons we’ve gotten used to on “The Clone Wars,” and while the interviewer tried to get Simon to confirm that Lando will be in Rebels, we did at least get confirmation that someone from the original trilogy will be making an appearance in the series.

There should be a few original trilogy characters. We are going to see Darth Vader, Boba Fett and most likely Princess Leia.
